Cut-Off Time: 10 hours for 43 km, 6 hours for 22 km, 3 hours for 10 km..

Parking & Transport: Parking is available at the start/finish area for a small fee to NGIF.
The 43 km runners complete one full lap of the Tunabergsrundan loop.
The 22 km and 10 km routes follow shorter sections of the same terrain.
Expect varied terrain including forest paths, rolling hills, and coastal landscape.
A true winter trail running experience.
Race numbers are collected at the start area (Nävekvarns IP) up to 30 minutes before your race start.
Parking is available at NGIF for a small fee.
We offer locally sourced food and Umara Energy at all aid stations and at the finish.

Post-race food:
All runners are served hot food and cold, alcohol-free Mineral Brewing Recovery Lager at the finish.
Spectators and supporters can purchase food and drinks in the finish area.
All runners have access to the showers and bathroom facilities at Nävekvarn IP
There is several toilets along the course.
To ensure your safety, all participants must carry the following compulsory kit:
- Fully charged phone (with race director’s number saved)
- Windproof jacket
- Thermal base layer
- Hat and gloves
- Water bottle or hydration pack (minimum 500 ml)
- Emergency whistle
- Trail running shoes with good grip
- Survival blanket
- Headlamp if you expect to finish after dark (sunset approx. 16:30).
  Note: trail times can be 50–75% slower than road running.
Bad Weather Kit:
Required if conditions warrant it (confirmed in the race PM 7 days before race day):
- Light down jacket
- Waterproof trousers
- Spare thermal top and leggings
- Extra warm gloves and socks
- Trail shoes with spikes or additional traction aids
